In this unit, we’re going to explore one of the web’s most popular and powerful content management systems by building a portfolio that we will add to throughout the semester.
I’ve been using WordPress for nearly a decade for all sorts of web projects, and I have yet to come even close to maxing out its capabilities. If you’ve been in any of my classes, you’ve certainly come in contact with WordPress and you may not even have known it. The following projects have been constructed on top of WordPress:
Another one of my projects, built on top of WordPress, is a site called MyFoley. MyFoley is intended to help individuals make stunning online portfolios. This is the “flavor” of WordPress that we are going to use in this class.
