Lesson 3: Customer Relationships

In this lesson student teams will begin to identify which type of relationship they want to create and what purpose it will serve.

Required Outcomes

  • Students will work with the Get, Keep, Grow model of customer relationships to analyze how customers are positioned relative to their company’s product or service. They will start thinking about the strategies they will use to acquire, maintain, and expand customer bases.
