Students need to understand the definition of distribution channels and understand direct vs indirect. Students will identify which channels are realistic to choose, and then prioritize.
- Students will create a channel brief that outlines how their product will get from company to customers.
- Students will pick a sales channel that represents the greatest potential and focus on it for learning.
